Caya brings a distinctive perspective to his personal injury practice. Early in his legal career, he worked for a large law firm representing insurance companies and defending personal injury claims. He later brought that experience to the other side of the courtroom, using his knowledge of insurance company strategies to advocate for injured individuals and their families.

Over the course of his career, Caya has handled personal injury claims in state and federal courts involving car and truck crashes, motorcycle and ATV accidents, premises liability, construction-related matters and other serious injury cases. The Nowlan Injury Law team has represented thousands of clients and obtained multiple seven-figure jury verdicts and settlements, as well as significant six-figure recoveries.
